UX improvement & CRM integration Solution
To begin, our UX design team conducted a thorough analysis of the existing website to identify areas for improvement. We then created a new sitemap and wireframes that simplified the user journey and made it easier for visitors to find the information they were looking for. Our team also developed a new design that reflected IAM RoadSmart's branding and values, with a modern and user-friendly interface that would engage website visitors.
One of the key challenges of the project was to integrate the website with IAM RoadSmart's CRM system, which was used to manage their customer data and memberships. We worked closely with the CRM vendor to develop an API that would allow for seamless data transfer between the website and CRM. This integration was essential to ensure that IAM RoadSmart could effectively manage their customer data and provide personalized experiences for their members.
In addition to the CRM integration, we also implemented a number of features and functionality to improve the user experience, including a new events calendar, an online shop, and a member portal. These features were designed to encourage visitor engagement and increase the number of memberships and donations to the charity.
Throughout the project, our development team worked closely with IAM RoadSmart's internal IT team to ensure that the website was fully tested, secure, and compliant with GDPR regulations. We also provided training to the charity's staff to ensure they could easily manage and update the website using the CMS.
