As an early adopter of the Sitefinity MVC framework, Aviva required a team of Sitefinity specialists to collaborate with their existing development team.

Spinbox implemented several highly beneficial features for Aviva, including:

  • Custom Workflow Package: This allowed the definition of approval processes for user-uploaded publications, along with logging and reporting features to ensure accuracy and traceability of published content.
  • Historical Content View: Given the dynamic nature of Aviva’s business and website, they needed access to historical web content. We developed a caching module that took snapshots of a page each time it changed, enabling Sitefinity administrators to view previous versions long after content had been overwritten.
  • Content Scheduling and Preview: We built functionality to schedule updates to web pages and preview content before it went live. This allowed Aviva to plan content changes confidently and ensure the quality of published content without the need for live testing.
