UX improvement & CRM integration

Our UX design team commenced with a meticulous analysis of the existing website to pinpoint areas for improvement. We devised a new sitemap and wireframes to streamline the user journey, making it easier for visitors to access the information they needed. The revamped design embodied IAM RoadSmart's branding and values, presenting a modern, user-friendly interface that engages visitors effectively.

A significant challenge was integrating the website with IAM RoadSmart's CRM system, crucial for managing customer data and memberships. We partnered with the CRM vendor to develop an API, ensuring seamless data transfer between the website and CRM. This integration was vital for IAM RoadSmart to efficiently manage customer data and offer personalised experiences to their members.

Additionally, we implemented several features to enhance user experience, including a new events calendar, an online shop, and a member portal. These features were designed to boost visitor engagement and increase memberships and donations to the charity.
