- You have experience managing client accounts within a web, or digital setting
- You can build and maintain strong client relationships
- You can grow client accounts and are commercially aware
- You are confident and outgoing, and take the initiative
- You’re eager to learn and take pride in your work
- You’re skilled in facilitating clear and effective communication between clients and teams
- You have charming communication skills
- You have project management or project delivery experience
- You’re not afraid to challenge the norm
- You can hold your own at high-level client meetings
- You are local to Milton Keynes and happy to commute to the office

We'd like you to have...
Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in a web, marketing or digital agency
An understanding of IT, websites, UX/UI design and digital platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions that meet client needs
An understanding of how critical customer satisfaction is, from both an Account Management and Project Management perspective
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Experience of juggling multiple clients/projects at once
The position involves:
- Overseeing both new and existing client accounts and their respective portfolio of work
- Developong and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and ensuring their satisfaction with our services
- Growing client accounts and being financially savvy
- Providing advice, recommendations and costs for works
- Working closely with our project managers and developers to oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope
- Coordinating with clients, team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment
- Identifing opportunities for clients to enhance their digital presence and propose innovative solutions that align with their business objectives
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating clear and effective communication between clients and our team
- Attending client meetings and site visits
- Handling regular invoicing and financial reporting
