For this role of Account Manager, the salary band is £30-40k and we offer a lot of perks to ensure we look after you:

We're looking for the following:
An account manager than can lead from the front and create positive connections with clients and the internal team. You should be revenue focussed and commercial driven but upmost share common values including honesty, ethical behaviour and passion.
- You have a proven track record in building customer satisfaction levels, with clarity around initiatives that make a difference.
- You can prove consistency in hitting targets and KPIs on outcomes on client’s project and products.
- You can define processes and work closely with Project Managers internally
- You can engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders at clients, to get insight into where the gaps in the relationship are, and steer the necessary changes.
- You’re able to demonstrate your understanding of the digital industry.
- Operated within a fast-paced and varied agency environment.
- You can showcase strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- You are efficient and extremely organised in your work and personal life.
- Sound knowledge of the web development or software development industry
The position involves:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with the client regularly - after all, it’s all about building a natural relationship, and an organic partnership with our clients.
- Owning and driving client NPS results - response rates and scores. Implementing change based on qualitative feedback, across all departments
- Behave as a leader to help define processes and improve Spinbox performance
- Tracking client success based on relationships, opportunities and results, and implementing fixes and projects
- Involved in onboarding new clients and assisting in new business closures
- Building a value report for each of your clients to demonstrate results and value-add for each project, retainer, sprint delivered.
- Driving and encouraging internal team members to delivery the best possible service and products
- Working closely with the project managers to achieve excellence - and make it consistent across all clients.
